The Town of Gilbert IDA, of which I am a Commission member, recently approved $70 million in bond financing to John C. Lincoln Hospitals and Health System, an Arizona based not-for-profit hospital and health care network. Lincoln is using the funds to refinance an existing facilities lease, and upgrade facilities and improvements. The Town of Gilbert Mayor and Council approved the measure at the September 6, 2012 Council meeting.
