Project Manager Design & Construction
Woodbine Development Corporation, Dallas, TX
1998
Following completion of my work at Westin La Cantera for Woodbine I was asked to take over management of all capital improvements at Hyatt Hill Country Resort, another Woodbine owned resort in San Antonio, Texas. We undertook a variety of projects that year including a renovation and replacement of much of the exterior wood facade, remedial corrective work on the plumbing piping and a replacement of the hot water boiler system, a complete soft goods and hard goods renovation of the guestrooms and a soft goods renovation of the public areas. We purchased all of the FF&E including carpeting in-house and I managed the installation process.
